Rules & data notice

• Residents of India aged 18 or over.
• Not shoonyastore staff, contractors, or their families.
• One entry per person per drop. Extra entries, automated entries and shared accounts are disqualified.

• Each drop is one prize with a stated fair market value, a reserve and a maximum. Estimates are whole rupees.
• Your estimate is sealed in your browser using Peal Network, a neutral sealing service, and sent to it encrypted. It opens automatically at the stated close; nobody, including us, can read it earlier. Peal stores only the encrypted message; your name and email stay with us.
• Registrations and changes close one minute before the close. You may re-seal a different estimate until then; only the last one counts.
• A registration with no matching sealed estimate is void. Estimates below the reserve or above the maximum cannot win.
• After the close, every valid estimate is public on the board with its handle, and on Peal's own results page.

• Each drop states its rule on its page before you enter.
• Highest estimate wins: the highest valid estimate wins. Several entries usually tie at the top; a public randomness beacon (drand, round number published on the board) picks one of them.
• Median estimate wins: sort every valid estimate; the lower-middle one wins. Ties at that amount are broken the same way.
• Fewer than three valid estimates: the drop is voided and re-run.
• Disqualifications and forfeits are shown on the board with a reason code.

• The winner is contacted at the email they entered with and claims by giving a shipping address within 7 days; otherwise the prize passes to the next entry in rank order.
• One prize per drop. No cash alternative, non-transferable. Free shipping within India.
• The winner is responsible for any income tax on the prize; the promoter complies with sections 194B / 194BA of the Income-tax Act as applicable.

• If the sealing service stalls or is unreachable 72 hours after the close, the drop is extended, re-run or voided. The reason is published on the drop page. No liability is accepted for such delays.
• The promoter's decision on eligibility and winners is final.

• We collect your name and email to run the drop and, if you win, your shipping address to deliver the prize. Nothing else.
• Only the encrypted estimate is shared with the sealing service; your handle is generated by us and your name is not sent to it.
• Non-winner entries are deleted 90 days after the drop ends. Winner records are kept for tax purposes.
• Marketing email is a separate, optional choice and never a condition of entering.
• To withdraw or ask about your data, write to the contact in the storefront's privacy notice. You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India where applicable.
